About

Hi, I’m Niki — an introverted, neurodivergent bookworm and slow-living enthusiast learning to live more intentionally, one small step at a time.

How it started

As someone whose middle name could be “procrastinator”, I have put off launching this blog for about 5 years, but here we are. Better late than never, right?

On a random Sunday evening I finally I decided to just plunge in a document the messy, imperfect journey of building a life that actually feels good — inside and out. I created this blog to share what I learn along the way and to connect with others who are also navigating self-care, slow living, and personal growth in a noisy, fast-paced world.

Who this blog is for

If you’ve ever felt stuck in bad habits and procrastination — overwhelmed by the endless expectations of a world that ignores your needs and overlooks your strengths — you’re in the right place.

My goal is to help you feel less alone and to remind you that progress is always better than perfection. The changes we work toward here are 100% for you — not to meet anyone else’s standards, and not to please anyone but yourself.

What you can find here

A non-comprehensive list of the topics I plan to cover in these little ramblings of mines: mental & physical health, self-care routines, habits, hobbies (reading, gardening, crochet), solo living, cozy lifestyle, freelancing, mindset, learning new skills.
